Analogies game!
 

ok, it isn't really a game, but I wanted to share an analogy a friend said(typed) earlier.

He said
Puddle of Mud : Nirvana :: Lord of the rings cartoons : Lord of the Ring's Books


Maybe it wasn't the best analogy but I couldn't stop laughing for an hour. He doesn't like puddle of mud very much :)

So, Anyone else have any analogies they'd like to share?

OK, let's make it a game. Take the last half of the last analogy and make it the first half of the next analogy. I'll be banal to start:

Sugar: Soup:: Beach: Bay

Beach:bay:: Dry:wet

Dry : wet :: cotton : pussy

cotton is to pussy as....well that was a shitty one. start over
