All right, lets get a list going of just plainly funny words. I'll throw out one for starters.

I like calling those paper ass gaskets in public restrooms "Polish Tuxedoes"

Somehow, when I'm watching an old war movie, and the generals start talking about their soldier's trenches, I can't help but laugh...it's like "We need to give them some confidence in their trenches"

my wife thinks POPPYCOCK is the most hilarious word. last time she heard it a blast of rum and coke from the nose, then i laughed my ass ofF.

Poppycock is a funny word, since it means babyshit in Dutch. But Dutch is just a funny sounding language.

Curfuffle is dutch, I think.
Crapulent is a good word.
