No Other Reason?!
 

Could it be that every action you take in your life could revolve around the pursuit of that one man/woman you want to be with? The natural instinct of finding a mate(s) possibly as the driving force behind everything you do in your life?

The major decisions in your life may revolve around success or feeling better about yourself, but most of those things could possibly be interpreted as making yourself better for that one sole purpose. Could the fact that every creature is instinctively programmed to reproduce carry over to humans to explain why we do the things we do. All of our creations as people (inventions, discoveries, etc.) based upon extending our egos and creating a better mate out of ourselves? Maybe all we've ever achieved as a species could be drawn to this one thing..

Everything else we do is just a means of passing the time in our greater efforts.. how does this theory play out? :D

nahh....great sex=babies sometimes

Never said babies had to be the direct result.. but our sex drive is based on our mating instinct, and sex drive can be to blame for a lot of our actions.
