zfleebin: The word "musterbation" was 'coined' by Albert Ellis, Ph.D. He is known for saying "Masturbation is good and delicious, but musterbation is evil and pernicious". Musterbation is when we tell ourselves, "I must do this," or, "Things must be this way," even though they're not. It's all part of behavioral psychology. (sorry, I only minored in psych - and 4 other areas - so I cannot elaborate further than this).

Still amused me by getting that one. its actually cognitive behavioral but still hell yeah.
