Are there any advantages to increasing protein intake to 1g of protein per pound (wish to get more mass and definition)? |

HeyAgain: yes, there are advantages. I usually get at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight because I work out so much and need the amino acids in the protein to rebuild my muscle tissue after I tear it down. Be sure to workout on a regular basis and always get plenty of protein (at least 30-50g) immediately afterward. |

I have a self-built computer. It has an MSI KT4 Ultra mobo, AMD XP2400+ CPU, 768MB of Kingston DDR333 RAM, 2 Western Digital 60GB HDDs and 1 Quantum Fireball 40GB HDD. I run an MSI G4Ti4200 64MB videocard (I don't play games), a SoundBlaster Audigy MP3 soundcard, Lite-On 48x CD-RW and Sony 16x DVD, and an unused floppy (I used it once to flash the mobo--that's it).
It's all inside a Lian-Li PC-75 case with a Vantec Stealth 520w PSU. This week I modded an old Kenwood KMD-X92 in-dash MD player into it, and that's the wiring problem sixate has been referring to. Go to the Computer Forum to check out some of my case pics. |

Triseph: I used mainly a Nibbler and file. But for a couple cuts I had to break out my Dremel. I prefer the Nibbler because the cuts are always perfect and you don't have to worry about it getting away from you like a Dremel can--especially on the front bezel! semperwill: an Acura MDX, in my opinion. |

*Nikki*: I don't usually go out on typical dates because that's not me. If I already have a girlfriend and we're going out for dinner, I'll usually wear some nice khakis (nice = not cargo pants), a Polo shirt or button-up Tommy or Polo shirt, and my low-top Dr. Martins that I keep just for that so they're never scratched up. Uh....and silk boxers--you know, in case dinner leads to anyhing else. ;)
