I suppose case mods will now just get bigger and bigger. Who knows, maybe an entire Ferrari will be chopped up just to make room for a computer in a case mod competition. *sigh*
In other news, that site with the Navy coffin, wow, thats some serious art.....that will only be chewed by bugs and scratched all to hell by dirt and rocks. The guy who made this was a QuakeCon this year and won the nVidia case mod contest. I had the chance to talk with him. Nice fellow, if a bit talkative. The ironic thing was everyone who saw it was really, really impressed for a few minutes - until it hit them that the machine was made out of an actual child's coffin.
Technically, it's a really cool machine, though. The coffin lid and keyboard tray are all hydraulic and open very dramatically.
