I can't belive the amount of replies some of these threads are getting on here.

Haha. I'm sorry, but theres nonsense, and then theres just absurdity.

Pick a decent thread, and someone comes up with a spin on it to get even more replies.

No offense to the posters, I think it is halarious, I have no real beef with it at all, but it's gotta reach a point where its just stupid anymore. Stupid but still quasi-funny.

Anyone find it kind of obnoxious?

i don't find it obnoxious, it's something to do when i'm really really bored. but mebbe i don't have a life. who knows.

Im with ya YzermanS19...at some point it just gets ridiculous.

Some of it is a little stupid....but overall I love the Nonsence Forums just as much as the others that post here. Personally, I'm hooked on the morphing & word association games. You pick and choose what you want to read or get involved in just like everything elce on the site. Some people are into politics and some aren't....some people live for the paranoia board...some will never venture in there ever. To each his own and that is what this place is about...respecting other's likes/dislikes and opinions and what they are interested in, even if you aren't. Diversity is a wonderful thing!!!!

I don't read every thread in Tilted Nonsense, but I do read a lot of them. It's a nice break for the heavy stuff in some of the other forums (fora??).

Besides, if I didn't read this how long would it be before I found out was being quoted by ariekitten. :lol:

You mean there's a point to the Nonsense forum? I thought it was a free for all to boost our post counts? Man where have I been.

This is my favorite forum, but I don't care much for the games (except the MSpaint game wich requires at least some sort of thought process and creativity). I also feel that there's a difference between nosense and plain stupid. A thread where the replies consist to 90% of "I am so winning" "no I am" is just not funny. But that's just me, and I could be wrong..

waitaminute.....Posts don't "count" on the Nonsense board...

I think they should, mostly because all people do on the other boards is reply "nice" or any other one work subject....then get a free tick to their post count. That blows.

I think that people just try to come up with something stupid in order to start a thread. Let's face it, everyone is not Bones, so there will be some stuff that stretches to be funny. I guess that's why the Nonsense board is here.

I was thinking the same thing ... don't even touch base in here as much as I used to do a couple of months back when there was the games and such - now it's just polluted with garbage. A quick look in here and then I'm off to the forums that hold an interest for me.
