im not totally sure, but i dont think he means match in the sense of the lighting insrunment... might be match as in "something of equal size and density"...

as in "will you match this bowl"...

since i've only recently landed here, i don't really know the flyman (or any of you), but i wouldn't seriously ask him to change. he & y'all seems proper enough as is. but now flyman has a good collection of lighters for when a match* cannot be found ;)
