Whoa, dude. I've got boobs!
So I've noticed recently that I've started to grow man boobs. Please post ways for me to cope with this newfound problem.
You can also tell me ways to remedy this situation. A couple stipulations though: Not drinking isn't an option, and I'd rather not start wearing a training bro (manssiere?). |
start running...lose weight. go ahead and keep on drinking, but if you want to lose the manboobs, you'll need to cut back on unhealthy foods and start getting more exercise.

is it actual fat, or glandular tissue. If its the latter, that can't really get removed from excercise but has to be surgically removed.
ie you could have gynecomastia. |

Your exercise regime should first consist of moving left to right in rapid semi cicular motions in front of the mirror.
If you find this amusing discontinue exercise and accept your new "additions". If you are awash with guilt then exercise may well be for you. |
Light beer. Diet coke. Run 7-10 miles everyday. Discover fountain of youth. Any of these might work.

I've heard that if you work out a lot and develop large pectoral muscles, and then stop working out the muscle will turn in to fat. I'm not sure if that means you should start working the pecs again (to get the muscle back), or work on everything else (to burn calories) and set for normal pecs that aren't muscle or fat.

Only thing that will get rid of flab is cardio exercise and a healthier diet. Cut back on the drinking and you will even make the process 100X faster.

Perhaps keep the drining and lose the eating? It seems more reasonable than quiting drinking to me.

Drinking has major calories. I cut my food intake roughly in half and started doing cardio 45 minutes to an hour a day. I'm down 25 lbs in the last 8 weeks. I too had the start of man boobs and have just about got rid of them.
