He had the kick ass hair. He was a smart ass. His ship was much cooler looking (Slave I looked like an iron). He ended up with Leia. But, beyond all those reasons, there's one thing that beats Boba hands down.

I feel I must point out that Boba Fett was saved from eternal digestion in the gut tube of the Sarlac by none other than Dengar.

After the rescue, Dengar could be found in the Mos Eisley Supermarket parking lot taking a break and answering questions.

As for Han, I'm uncertain if I would share his affection for Wookies.

I imagine a lot of loose fur in their conjugal bed. Chewbacca is almost certainly a screamer. Passionate nights would be tough on roommates. I vote Boba.
