Eugeni... check the first post. You are supposed to change only one letter to make another word. balm>bum changes two things... the 'a' and 'l' are removed and a 'u' is added.
The correct answer to balm could be: blam (no change just moving the letters) or blame (adding and 'e' and moving the letters) or bam (losing the 'l') so... bernadette wrote 'balm' blame
