Pileus is an umbrella connected to the Internet to make walking in rainy days fun. Pileus has a large screen on the top surface, a built-in camera, a motion sensor, GPS, and a digital compass. The current prototype has two main functions: photo-sharing and 3D map navigation.

(I remember bookmarking a few of these painted works and waterclors last summer; thanks for reminding me I still had them saved somewhere.)

Thank you Jetee. I find most of the photos I post on tumblrs, where they're anonymous. It's good to give credit where credit is due.

Really? I've been using tumblr since Nov. of '08, and while I've stepped up my usage from monthly back then, to now almost a daily check-in today, I follow close to three dozen separate blogs at the moment, and I'd say three-quarters of them usually attribute an author, photographer, or outside web source pointing to the direction of the creators.

The only exception is the fine nude portrayals, which I usually have to find the authors to whichever images, myself. Maybe you are following the wrong type of crowd, seamaiden, because I certainly always like having to refer someone to the origin of such-andsuch work if I can, and half of the time, I don't need to do any research to do so, as the name is usually right below the image.
