True Story - One Silent Night in 1914
On Christmas Eve 1914, an amazing event took place between WWI German and British soldiers. They came together from their trenches, sharing songs, cigarettes, brandy, a soccer game, chocolates, family photographs, and well wishes. John McCutcheon wrote a song about it:
