Proper Perkins language

ok, this debate started years ago. Their is a chain restraunt in my part of the country called Perkins (kinda like a dennys or a country kitchen ) me and my freinds could not figure out the Diffrent forms of perkins.

singular: perkins
Plural : Perkai? Perkinses Or or mabey just perkins like deer
