I just got a smallish 40" Sony LCD for our bedroom and it's such a big hit with the family that we'll be shopping for a similar 46" for the den. The den setup will get some kind of sound system too, but nothing too extreme.

My wish list always includes more crap for my Supra....it's practically a never ending story but that's what makes a motorhead tick. By end of this year I expect to have the recently developed KW/Robispec coilovers in my grubby hands; the first 20 sets are just now being built in Germany. After that I'm plotting the next level of changes to my turbo setup including a different exhaust manifold and turbo. Then I'll be stepping up to a full engine management system rather than the stock ECU with piggybacks that I'm now using.

In fact, it is my favorite that I can actually afford vs. fantasy...like a '67 Ferrari 275 GTB which I'll almost certainly never be able to own :( So I feel especially fortunate that I own my Supra for almost 9 years now and I love playing with it and especially DRIVING IT!

Back when we had journals I talked about these folks. They're originally from Italy but have been living in Canada for the last 40 or so years. They're a brother and sister pair and frankly are bat shit crazy. They complain about FUCKING everything. They con'ed me into keeping a bunch of their shit last year when they went home for the summer. They started out by asking me if I'd keep a tiny stove top coffee maker. I said sure, why not. The night before they left we had dinner they left and they mentioned "we need to bring our stuff over for you to store." I said "stuff?" "Yeah you know our BBQ, pots and pans, dishes etc..." They came over with several large boxes and I said I don't have room for all this stuff. He went off and said "WE LEAVING IN THE MORNING! NOW WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO? YOU SAID YOU'D STORE OUR STUFF, IF YOU WEREN'T GOING TO YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BEFORE TONIGHT!" I told him "you said a coffee maker, now you have a bunch of boxes." Blah, blah, blah. Lot's of back and forth and I caved (fucking shouldn't have, but I did.) I told them they could fill up over half of what is my storage room/luandry room, but that it leaks so they'd better wrap everything up well. Now they've returned and some of their stuff molded. Who would have thought shit might mold in the tropics? She found a canvass bag in her stuff that was molded and wanted to know if I was going to replace it. Ummm, that would be no.

It's an endless fucking stream of crap from these two. They rent a house here, same house every year. Every year they bitch and moan about everything from how loud the refig. is when it runs to the color of paint on the walls. They also can't seem to stand Mexican people, according them all Mexicans are all out to rip you off. And every Mexican is too lazy to work. If they weren't so lazy the color of the walls in the house would be changed to something nicer.

Last year I said I feel sorry for the good people of Canada when they left. Now I'm thinking "Fuck it! You guys can have them."
