Photobucket is Down!

www.photobucket.com
I remember that MySpace purchased photobucket about a year ago. This is the first time that I remember photobucket being down. I sincerly hope I've not lost the photographs I had hosted there.

For the time being, Image Shack is still operational.

Must not have been down for too long.

All my pictures are still there too.

No worries.

When was this supposed down-ness?

A couple days ago I noticed some "suspicious" slowness/marginal operability, but my photobucket is and has been functional. Using it today it seems normal.

If they have, we'll have to figure out how to do the same thing for you here.

Careful, Will. I might take your shiny new capital letter away from you.

And for the record, they were IP banning folks around here a long time before I ever even joined TFP.

As for Photobucket, unless you've really violated the terms of service or done something to otherwise piss them off (which seems unlikely to me), then my guess is that your provider may have some issues. But that's a random guess from a guy with a roll of toilet paper under his avatar.

I would say most likely that your ISP is having routing issues. It happens now and then... some bad BGP propagation or so. No worries, it'll likely be fixed shortly.

A few weeks back they asked me to change

without doing so), I could not then access the site for a day.

I have had many problems with their site lately, off and on.
Today it seems to be working okay.

Isn't it your turn to clean up the frost on Ted Williams head?

Cubs fans never fall in defeat. They keep showing up drunk even though the team's already been mathmatically eliminated.
