Yesterday it came back and is now all new and shiney and again next to the USS Arizona memorial. Later this year is the 65th anniversary of Japan's unconditional surrender on Sept. 2, 1945, in Tokyo Bay on board the USS Missouri. |

i had always been taught that the capitol was the city where the dome was - hence the "o" in each...
