I need to loose a LOT of weight

Women typically overestimate the amount of weight they need to lose.

Well I'm not one of those annoying thin chicks that thinks I'm fat when I weight more then 105 pounds, I had three babies ( to of which are under 2 years old). And I have no energy, I feel so tired all the time. I need some good vitamins, anyone know of any besides One a days, they make me sick.:)

What I am getting at is that you only need to lose enough weight to make you feel good, and then you will look good. The Missus lost like 175lbs by going on weight watchers and becoming a gym rat and a food nazi after our second. I think she would have done better to stop at about 100. That's just my opinion, though. I prefer woman shaped women.

I didn't mean to sound annoyed or upset by your post, I just know when some women say they need to lose a lot of weight they are usually to self critical. I probably don't need to lose a whole lot of weight, I just feel like I need more energy to take care of my kids. Its a health concern more then how I look. My husband loves me just the way I am. I'm lucky.
