you have my sympathy. I had a knot in my lower back once that hurt everytime i bent backwards - one day i slipped on some water on the kitchen floor and ended up flinging myself back... hurt like a motherf@ck3r for about a day or so then was good from then on.
Note: Results for you may vary depending on the liquid used and floor surface of your kitchen. |

Mmm, a tennis ball sounds really good right about now. I can't believe I never thought of that. Have you guys ever tried the massage chairs in malls or stores? I like the shiatsu ones, even though it feels like a monster is grabbing at your spine.
