Mai tais can be made a hundred different ways, here is the original "old way" recipe:

1 ounce Fine Jamaican Rum
1 ounce Martinique Rum (St. James)
1/2 ounce Orange Curacao
1/2 ounce Orgeat Syrup
Juice from one fresh lime (about 3/4 ounce)
Shake vigorously.
Add a sprig of fresh mint.

/answers: although I love the taste of beer I dont like having a gut. Tetra completes its cycle through the body finishing off as water once through the kidneys and liver; so no empty calories. It does present a bit of a legal problem if caught with some, the FDA yanked it off the shelves 3 years ago becasue some irresponsible people (kinda like drunk drivers) couldnt handle it, did too much, and got a little sick for a night.

Oh I forgot once drank, it converts to GHB.
