OK - SO I spend entirely too much time googling odd things and where i end up with these random factoids of info is beyond me -but I do like to share - barney says - Sharing is Caring...

Today - December 15th - is World Underdog Day. :D

And no, we aren't talking about the widely admired cartoon character. We are talking about those who never win the competitions, never quite make the grade, those are the Under Dogs we are celebrating today. It all started in 1948 when Mike "The String Bean" Johnson went 10 rounds in a boxing match with "Iron Meat" Jackson before he collapsed. "String Bean" we solute you!



It's also national lemon cupcake day - mmmm cupcakes..
