Coffee Etiquette
 

So I got the last cup of coffee in the office break room pot and decided not to make a fresh pot because it was already getting late. Needless to say, this action had consequences and repercussions.

Laziness always has an excuse. ;-)

But I suppose the coffee pot could warrant a little down time. You can claim you were conserving energy & doing your part to subside global warming.

house rules.. .you drink the last cup... it wasn't too late for you - -what makes you the decider that it's too late for other people.. COme on already.. just make a fresh pot... :D

Ya see in the places I've worked.. it was unacceptable to drink the last cup of coffee from the pot, that generally meant it wasn't fresh.. that coffee would be dumped and afresh pot would be brewed and you get a nice tasty cup of fresh brewed coffee..

Heh... I was thinking the same thing, Mal, about that last cup... foul!

^ Agreed. Me? I drink coffee right up untill I crawl in bed at 8 in the morning.

When I was young I would drink coffee all day and all night and still get to sleep. Now that I am aged, I stop drinking coffee after noon.

Unless I am in France. Then I will have an espresso or a noisette after dinner. It's just too damn tasty to turn down.
