Ocm?, it's driving me looney! Too bad you're far away or we could go out in the woods and howl at the moon together...that would surely be fun.

I just got back from picking up my dear son #1 and on the way home we see a seemingly huge moon near the eastern horizon so I ask him if he knew why it looked so large. He gave a pretty smart answer, something like "it's an eye-brain thing, something about perception".

I have a couple of cool wood carvings of snake-head feet in the Mayan style that I got in Valladolid over 30 years ago. I use them as book ends. I should show a pic to Tully to get his opinion if they're a tourist chachka or something more interesting. In any case, I like them and they remind me of a fun time.
