70% for me, though it should have been 85%.
1.) The two questions about the Constitution aren't fair. They stuck "1776" in there to trick people. I knew the answer was "1787" (It was the second document written, right after the "Articles of Confederation"), but I second guessed myself. 2.) I thought only the president had the power to declare war? Since when did Congress get that power?

What does the INS form question have to do with basic american civics and history knowledge? 95% by the way and I blew the question about trial by jury.

You answered 90% of questions correctly. Here's your rating:
85-100%: Welcome to the United States! (And, truth be told, you know more about this great land than most Americans.) 3. In what year was the Constitution written? 1776 is not correct. 1787 18. Who has the power to declare war? The president is not correct. Congress

95%. It'd have been 100% but I changed my mind and answer on the immigration form question.

"Any person"? No, not really. A legal resident can apply, but there are residency requirements and all sorts of legal issues.

I thought of applying for Sweden citizenship, when I was still smoking and it often said on the packet of cigarettes: "Smoking kills 5000 Finns every year".
If I ever start smoking again, I could as well try for the US citizenship.
