Spiced Pecans

Here's a recipe that I made over Christmas that turned out really well.

1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
whisked together in a bowl

Add 3 cups of pecan halves and coat with egg white wash

Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt and coat the pecans

Oil cookie sheets, spread the pecan mixture evenly, and bake at 300 F for thirty minutes. Every ten minutes, remove the sheets, and flip the pecans around.

Really crispy and tasty

I've used a similar recipe only made them spicey not sweet - I used chipotle pepper, cumin and some cayenne pepper and they are very tasty
