My personoal favorite right now is: Pork Red Onions Green Onions Pineapple Noodles Hot Pepper sauce x 8 Sweet + Sour x 2

I love these places too. What's the name of the place that opened near you? There was this place that opened near me and failed called BD's, and it was always packed! It was huge too, so much to choose from. Now the only place is this WAY smaller, old school joint that is a lot farther away, but it has charm, so it's cool.
As for recipes, I always pick whatever meat I'm feeling like, lots of mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onion, cabbage, some carrots and plenty of garlic powder, pepper sauce, tamari and don't for get the oil, makes it all cook up better.

The place here is actually just called "Mongolian BBQ!" Thats all it says on the sign. Its great tho, and the cooks are a great show, tossing the food up in the air and catching it in bowls.
