Cabrito

A friend keeps goats and I have offered to barbecue one for him for a "cut" of the proceeds. I've eaten cabrito in the rat country of northern Mexico, but have never tried cooking it myself. I figure it can't be much different from, say, a small suckling pig, but I'd appreciate any suggestions or observations the forum may have to offer (other than that goat is inedible).

I would make sure its well marinated. A well marinated goat is a well marinated piece of meat. heh
