Sandwich Sauces
Anybody know any good sandwich sauces, especially for chicken?
The other day, I mixed some mayonaisse with a TON of spices (oregano, curry, cumin, pepper, salt, sugar, red pepper, paprika, garlic) and it turned out pretty nice. But does anybody know any other recipes? |
i love honeymustard, salsa, or tomato sauce (doctored up with spices and whatnot)

a basic meatsauce is always tasty for dipping sandwhiches :)
im not sure how to make it, it couldnt be that hard.. probably something like tomato sauce, ground beef, garlic, pepper/salt, a few herbs and whatnot... i wouldnt know, i get all the beef dipping sauce from my work hehe sorry i cant be of much help here :O |
Honey mustard
Mayo and horseradish Mayo and roasted garlic Roasted garlic, black pepper, and olive oil I call this gyro sauce, but it's kind of all purpose for anything, it's official name it tadtziki or something like that - I use it on everything 1 cup plain yoghurt (NOT Low fat) 1 medium cuke, shredded 2 garlic cloves very finely grated, dash (1/4 tsp) of onion powder, 1 tbsp Greek olive oil, and 5 drops of lemon juice. Lightly salt the cukes, and put in paper towel lined colander for about 1 hour. Squeeze dry Blend with yogurt and garlic powder. Refridgerate until chilled |
Prepared horseradish. I put that stuff on everything.
