Creamcheese Crabmeat Pie (appetizer)
 

Served with crackers of almost any variety this is a delightful party platter cheese spread type of appetizer. I use real crab and reserve out a few of the crab legs to make it look like a sliced up pizza pie. Enjoy!

Crabmeat Pie

Ingredients

Blend the following together and spread on a platter:

12 Oz. Cream cheese
2 TBS. Mayonnaise
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 heavy dash garlic powder
½ - 1 tsp. Grated onion
Juice from ½ lemon

Mix together and spread over cheese mixture:

8 – 10 Oz. Fresh crab or frozen equiv.
½ Bottle Chili Sauce

Top with chopped parsley flakes, cover and chill.
