Beef jerky brine recipe?
I made homemade venison jerky once, first soaking the meat in a brine I took a wild stab in the dark at. The meat turned out too dry, way too salty, and soy sauce I used for flavor was, to say the least, intense.
So, to avoid making a similar mistake with beef, does anyone have a good recipe for jerky brine?
