BBQ sauce

I have been using Cattleman's mostly, but love pretty much all bbq sauces. I was watching a show on food tv last night and they did a clip on http://bbqsauceofthemonth.com/ and it looks pretty interesting but I'd hate to pay that much for 2 bottles, plus I don't use that much and it would really fill up my second refridgerator. So I ask the TFP what is your favorites?

Oh yeah there is a really good spicy one at www.painisgood.com called Night Of The Living Bbq Sauce that is really good too.

Famous Daves actually has a pretty decent sauce.

Best I've ever tasted, though, was in a little hole in the wall restaurant in Arkansas somewhere called Bubba's. That was DAMN good barbeque, both the meat and the sauce. Not sure if they'd be willing to bottle some up for ya though.

Here's one I ran across a year or so ago for a basic bbq sauce. I use the same base ingredients and usually throw in in something else....tried whiskey last time and gave is nice smoothness

2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon bbq rub
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive sauce pan and slowly bring it to a boil under meduim heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until the sauce is dark and thick, about 15 minutes or so. Transfer sauce to jar and keep in the fridge.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups and bbq rub is available at most food stores.

I'm looking for a good mustard based sauce...anyone got one?
