Puppy Treats you can make!

Your dogs needs a little home made loving too!I have a huge stack of recipes that I found on the net one day. I thought someone on here might like to try this one out. Its a simple one, but good. Tell me how it turns out or what you think

Dog Biscuits

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
4 tbsp veg oil
4 bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water
if desired, garlic, crisp bacon strips, bacon drippings or your dogs fave flave.

*Combine first four ingr. Mix well. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add bouillon to flour mixture. Mix to make a stiff dough. Roll onto a floured surface. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters or from a rim of a glass. Bake in a preheated 300° oven for 30 mins. Let stand overnight to harden.

I have a ton more..stuff like muffins, liver treats, veggie bones, soft doggie cookies..etc..if your intrested just ask

This is a great idea. I'll pass this on to all the dog lovers I know. Have any recipes pertaining to cats?

Here's my favorite:

1. Open can of tuna.
2. Place can on floor.

If you're looking for something more elegant you could put it in a bowl or something.

I do actually, but I cant find the book to it. Though its more of dinner meal. I mean, stuff I dont even make for myself. I have a liver treat recipe that cats can also eat.
You might want to half this recipe if your doing it for cats

1 lb. pureed liver
2 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
dash garlic salt or powder (might want to omit this for cats)

Combine ingredients and mix well. Spread out on cookie sheet in a thin layer. Bake at 350° for ~20mins. Cool and cut into small pieces

Something easy and they love in the summer is ice cubes poured with bullion cubed water. Theyd rather eat that than a cat when it's hot.

You are quite the comedian. I may just have a crystal dessert bowl somewhere for my bf's pampered feline.
