I was reading the thread below about the best ways to cook with pot so i thought i'd start a thread about receipes people use and have found to work well.
Personally, i haven't cooked with it yet so can't offer any suggestions. TIA |

Cookies
or what works great is BIO yoghurt. I think the active cultures cause an effect on the THC. This is with solid/ hash/ resin not grass. Use grass like a normal herb on anything italian is good or on everything you can

I have a butter recipe, then toss that butter into anything that uses butter (have a special cookie, and fudge and brownies recipe, but usually toss the butter on bread for toast).
Basically here's how I do it (done it multiple times, still practicing, but takes PATIENCE to turn out right). Take the amount of butter you want to make, and put that in a pot and let simmer at the lowest possible setting. My rule for myself is an ounce of schwag/budd for every stick of butter (might be a lil' strong, but oh well). make sure to seed schwag, remove stems, and again grind up the bud so the butter has the best surface area to soak up the THC. Toss in the pot and let simmer for at least 30 minutes. At LEAST, make sure it's on the lowest setting you don't want to burn the pot, but want the heat to allow the THC to soak into the butter. I usually go 45-60 minutes of simmering to make sure I get the best results, and make sure to be consistently stirring the mess the whole time. Now the fun part, strain all the leftovers of the pot, it will be nasty, and black, and can be rather messy. Now, depending on the quality of budd you used you'll have an either brownish-green looking butter (schwag), or a bright lime green butter (KB). If planning to make something right then, do it, toss it in butter, and after following the recipe on whatever you did, you'll have some intense food. It's expensive, but I feel it's a healthier way to get REALLY high. I hardly buy pot anymore, 'cept on special occasions I'll have full meals prepped (pastas, garlic bread, and so on) with cookies and what not for dessert. Mmmmmm... Just remember, it takes one to two hours to take effect, and well depending on how much you consume the effects can last 6 - 18 hours (taking a dump helps pass the effects). |
