I've been big on Rigatoni for a few months now. Hearty pasta, you got that right! With sun-dried tomato "pesto" style stuff atop and a little too much cheese. Mmm.

You should also know that pasta is easy to make. Get a good book and you can make all of the shapes described above, plus experiment with colors and flavors. Nothing beats fresh pasta!
