Any pecan recipes besides the obvious?
I was just given a 5-gallon bucket of really great pecans. I see a pie or two and some pecan brittle in my immediate future. Do any of you have any other creative suggestions?

I remember a fairly simple candies pecan recipie that my mother used to make. it was like pecans in this warm, buttery, and gooey carmelized glaze/coating stuff.
All I remember is Pecans, butter, and brown sugar as ingredients, and if anyone here has a recipe similar lets hear it! |
