I am looking for a high quality, but not too expensive knife set with all the essentials. I am nowhere near a professional cook; however, I am starting to take cooking seriously and would like ot buy something that has some quality too it. Unfortunately being a college student money is an object so I can't afford hundreds of dollars, plus I'm sure I wouldnt be able to use those knives to the fullest of their ability.

What would you recommend for as something good to start off with, but quality enough to last for a few years?
