fantastalicious salmon
This recipe is mouth watering:
1 1/2 lb salmon salt pepper 2 green onions, thinly sliced 2 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp rice vinegar 1 Tbsp finely minced ginger 1 Tbsp sesame oil 1 or 2 cloves garlic, finely minced Flavor the salmon with salt and pepper, and broil it for 4-5 minutes a side. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Saute the garlic in the sesame oil. When the fish is done, cut it inot large chunks. toss the green onions on top, then pour on the sauces. serve with angel hair pasta or steamed white rice. YUM! |
Is the sauce suppose to be cold? =X
|
yeah, the sauce is either cold or luke warm (however you store the condiments) although the garlic and sesame oil will be warm. there is really not too much sauce for the amount of fish used, and the fish is hot enough that it stays warm.
try it, and you will like it. otherwise, you can probably just heat up the sauce in a pan. |
sounds good =)

Tried it and you are right.... it was very tasty. Now, get some of those cedar planks and try your salmon on the grill with the same sauces. Wow!
|
how do you cook with cedar planks? that sounds interesting
