Curried raviolis w/spiced prawns
Try it who knows you might like it..
Curried raviolis w/spiced prawns 1# spinach, ricotta raviolis 1 pint heavy cream 1 shallot minced Splash of white wine (dry) 1 T curry powder or paste Fresh chopped parsley & basil S&P Olive oil ˝ # prawns (cleaned) about 12 S&P 1T honey 1T fresh lime juice 1t chipoelte power 1. prep prawns, season w/s&p, set aside 2. mix honey, lime, Chile, (small bowl) set aside 3. sauté shallots on med high, splash in wine, reduce 4. add cream, bring to boil 5. add curry, mix well (be careful not to burn) 6. S&P TT 7. sauté prawns in oil until almost done, 3-min, add glaze 8. add cooked raviolis to sauce, pour on plates 9. top w/prawns 10. garnish w/herbs Note: you can adjust the amount of curry to raise the heat... I like to use red curry paste. It’s not gritty. Has a nice flavor |

Sounds pretty good, interesting combination of italian and indian, though the red curry paste is thai. For something that might actually be somewhat similar check out Palak Paneer (I may have posted a recipe for it on here at some point, I'll have to check); it's a rich creamy curried spinach dish, and ricotta cheese is often substituted for the paneer.
