Recipe of the Day - October 18 (crockpot mac n' cheese)
 

Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. macaroni noodles, cooked
2 eggs
2 cups sharp cheese
1 cup medium cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups regular milk
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in a crock pot and reserve about a 1/2 cup of cheese for the top.

Cook on low for three hours.
