Recipe of the Day - September 2 (cranberry salad)
 

Cranberry Delight Salad

Ingredients
1 can whole cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 - 8oz. Cool Whip topping (thawed)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar.

Fold in all other ingredients.

Serve chilled.
