Figured it was about time I started posting some recipes on here; this one is nothing special for gourmet value, but everyone seems to like it.

Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix (or make your own)
a bunch of reese's peanut butter cups
a muffin pan (with a large enough muffin size to fit a reese's cup in)
paper muffin cups

Insert the muffin cups into the muffin pan.
make the mix according to the directions on the box, and pour a layer into the bottom of each of the muffin cups.
Unwrap a reese's cup (it's really embarrassing if you forget to unwrap one of them), and put one into the center of each of the muffin cups.
Fill the remaining part of the cup (over the reese's cup) with brownie mix.
For baking them reduce the oven heat slightly from the temperature called for on the box, and increase the cooking time slightly. The times and temperatures vary by mix so you'll have to use a tooth pick to determine when it's done.

Finally, overnight mail the batch of them to your girlfriend at her internship and become boyfriend of the year
