BBQ Salmon
Place salmon filet on foil (skin side down)
sprinkle with pepper coat with mayo 1 slice onion 1 slice lemon wrap with foil bbq for 15 min. best salmon recipe I have tried yet, anyone have any more?? |
Just grill it naked...then a little sat & pepper, pehaps a drizzle of good olive oil. When grilling salmon I always leave the skin on and then remove it with all the dark meat after grilling...Somtimes I plate the salmon on a bed of baby greens mixed with a vinigarette...Somtimes I use fresh dill and yougurt, creating a quick sause to place the salmon on.

Here in Seattle - the best salmon country - we grill salmon above alder wood.

Fresh is best but I still love steel heads for flavor.
