The Exhalted Drink

Okay so which drink (non-alcoholic) do you consume large quantities of and cannot live without.

For me its Vanilla coke. It's the all around drink. You can have it at anytime with any meal. The hint of vanilla compliments any breakfast foods and the coke is like the body of the drink.

I previously did severe damage to my sperm count by consuming rivers of Surge. I used to go through almost a 2 liter a day and those bastards at Texaco didnt help with their 75 cent refill 48oz. mugs. Damn them. Can you sue the oil industry for sexual conditions?

Mountain Dew. I just bought two 24-packs (cans) and in two days they're almost gone, between me and my brother. If it's a day where I'm just sitting at home and staying up all night, I will go through a bit more than 2.5 liters a day. On average it's about 1 liters a day, which doesn't sound like much, but trust me it is. I drink a lot of water, too.

Pepsi person here. I recently ran out and didn't have any money to buy more so I had to drink what was left in the fridge: orange juice and beer.

Soy milk tastes pasty and chalky, Tant. I don't recommend it. I may get shouted down by soy milk afficionados, but here's my word to the wise: steer clear.

For me, it's water, coffee, or beer. I'll have a cola of some sort (no brand affiliation here!) with meals, but usually not just to drink.

My favorite thing lately is water, neat. I'm drinking six or seven glasses a day, since I started seriously working out about a month ago.

Iced Tea at work, whole milk with meals. I'm a big milk fan, as long as it's whole milk. I can't stand the watered down stuff.

Sweet Jebus! 2 gallons… I might drink that in a year. In HS I used to drink one 22 oz glass of whole milk everyday to go up a weight class in wrestling. Perfect for that quick weight gain – just never, ever, I can't stress this enough – before a match…barf.

Fav Drink now. Gimme water.

When I worked in an office I only drank water and coffee (or beer on weekends). Then I started doing manual work and it wasn't really practical to get fluids and caffeinne from different sources so I switched to sodas. It doesn't take long to figure out that if you spill regular sodas you get a sticky mess that's hard to clean up and they also attract bees. So now I am a diet soda junkie. Any brand will do, even most store brands are good, except Diet Pepsi which is just plain foul. Right now I'm drinking Big K which is Kroger brand and it's only $2.99/case. Tastes just fine.

Coke - period.

I start the day with a 44oz from the gas station, usually a 32oz with lunch, and three to four cans between 4pm and bedtime.

Yes. My kidneys are probably going to fail within the year.

Gotta agree with sixate. Milk. Milk. Milk. I can down half a gallon with a meal.
has anyone done a milk challenge? Drink a gallon of whole milk in an hour and keep it down for another hour. Harder than it sounds.

I can't believe how many people drink only sodas. YUCK! Think of what that's doing to your teeth. Even diet sodas are higly acidic.
