Guacamole! Now what?
 

I bought this wonderful looking guacamole, hoping to use it, now I'm not sure what to do with it.

I have a friend coming over tonight so I'm thinking of using it tonight. I know she likes Mexican, as do I, so I'm thinking something along those lines. Maybe some kind of ultimate nachos, or burrito or something, I really am not sure. So please, ideas!? Recipies!?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Put it in a bowl, push tortilla chips into it until some of the guacamole has transfered to the chip, place in your mouth, chew, swallow, repeat.

haha yeah, that's one option. But I'm thinking of what else can be done with it. I know some people spread it in burritos and such and I'm looking for recipies and ideas that arn't just, "Dip the chip and eat"

It's good inside a chicken or turkey or veggie sandwich too.

Or inside andor on top of enchiladas when they aren't too hot (temperature wise).

Your choices are pretty much the following: sandwich spread, condiment, or dip.

ditto. I love to lick guac with jalapenos off my my SO's nipples. Another good use is to spread on a burger, top with slices of brie and eat with a ciabattia bun.

I top salads with it.

guacamole + hummus between two slices of bread is a quick high energy sangwich

well all those ideas sound good so now I wish I had some right now.

Sometimes I like a heaping pile of guac just on top of a nice lettuce...like a delicate bib lettuce, with a few slices of a yummy ripe tomato, a few pieces of onion. This makes a very nice salad.
