Did anyone else celebrate? What kind of pie did you make?

We had *drum roll*:

Chicken pot pie
Pecan pie
Apple pie
Pumpkin pie

Well, the apple pie is still baking. All told, I think we used about 2 lbs of butter today. Perhaps not the healthiest of holidays, but definitely the yummiest.

I made a blueberry pie as a surprise for my fiance. It is delicious!

Blueberry is awesome! I went with my 'safe' choices this year, because I've had a really long week/weekend. But still..pie! Nom nom nom!
