How can I keep Pancakes fresh?

Everytime that I put them in the fridge, they get really hard I can't figure out how to heat them again so that they will stay soft. The microwave didn't seem to work, they got really dry after about two minutes. Any ideas?

freeze them...for longer storage...

but when you microwave them put a damp towel over the plate. Should do the trick nicely... it also works great for steamed rice...

wrap them in plastic wrap before you put them in the refrigerator.

Put them in a ziploc and freeze them. When you want one just pop it in the toaster. PERFECT every time.
