Maybe Bud Ice would be a solid. (They ought to make Bud Dry Ice for the extra cold market.) Try Tzingu, Brazillian black beer for a beer you can sculpt. I like the stuff, but most of my buddies, even the beer savvy among them, think that this is how Brazil gets rid of what they dredge out of the Amazon's shipping channel. EKU 28 Kulminator is also right on that line betweem liquid and solid.

Anything from Beligium...well, not anything, but I'm a big beer snob. Spent a week touring breweries and bars in Belgium a few years back. The Brugge Triple (sp?) was probably the fav on that trip. Back in the states I have to say I can't find much that surpasses any of the products from Stoudt's brewery. Many contenders tho.

Shiner Bock, made in the little brewery in Shiner, TX. Look for it in your imports section of your favorite liquer store.
I can drink that stuff for *DAYS* on end. I love it

Guinness, Beamish, & Murphy's for Stouts.
My favorite beer on earth may just be DAB(Germany). Unbelievable on tap, still great in a bottle. An Austrian brew caleed Stiegl is great, give that a shot if you can find it. Stella Artois is great stuff too... For Domestics, good old Miller High Life is a man's beer. Drink it and feel tough...

Has anyone else had the Smirnoff Ice Triple Black?? I find it really good. Course, I usually end up with Coors Light on drinking nights, but kicking back with a Triple Black is a great way to unwind.

I enjoy most beers I can't see through.
That includes Guinness, which is my staple because it is delicious and affordable.

Tsing Tao, Sapporo, Tiger, but above all Carlsberg, probably the best beer in the world But then I'm Danish, so I'm biased... I like a good Murphy's or Guiness once in a while, to. But you have to be hungry to have room for any amount of that stuff...

Alexander Keith's is my standard everyday beer (well, not every day, but you get the idea). But nothing beats a six of Corona on a hot summer afternoon.
I also have lots of fun by buying a bunch of individual bottles or cans from all over the place, I have fond (although hazy) memories of Creemore Springs (Ontario microbrewery) and some stuff called "Taiwan Beer" surprisingly good for 1.30$ / can |

coming from england, we're a little spoiled for choice (not a bad thing!) but some goodies are:
old speckled hen, elephant beer (surprisingly drinkable for 8%), guinness (of course), boddingtons, john smiths extra smooth, waggledance damn! all this talk of beer has made me right thirsty! |

Snake Bite!
Guinness and Hard Cider (funny, but the cider has more alcohol content than the guinness)
