I'd just like to say...
"Heineken? Fuck that shit! PABST BLUE RIBBON!" Actually, I usually drink Bud Light. I enjoy a good Michelob Golden Light if I can get my hands on it, but they don't sell it here in Iowa. Yeah, I drink tame beer I know. I usually drink gin though. |
Coopers Pale Ale.......... good south aussie beer...... I have been able to by it in Baltimore when I was there about 7 years ago. If you ever find it, you gotta try it. Green label, cant miss it.
|
COLD BEER! But a good german beer...Spaten Premium..Now that's a great beer....

Dos Equis in Mexico Heineken when out with friends Molson Canadian any other time Just tried Black Sheep Ale - brewed in Marsham, North Yorkshire...nice, but pretty pricy as an import |

heineken is my long time favorite even tho my hubby calls it "weasal piss"
i'll drink most any lager tho if it's free  |
I enjoy a Guinness now and again, but the home brew that I make myself has always been far better than anything you can get at the store.
|
i'n belgium we have the choice of over 350 local beers.
imho Duvel is the very best !!! don't visit belgium without trying it !! http://www.duvel.com/images/duvelglas3.png |
I have to submit my own homebrewed variety as my favorite - Bwana Butt Brew.

Depending on my mood, I'm either a Molson Export, Sapporo, or Sleeman Cream Ale kind of guy.

Guinness and Guinness Cold (available only in the UK)

i've been drinking the best cheap beer ever for years,
yeungling i'm glad it spread out the last few years i remember taking cases of yeungling back to college from home my freshman year when they didn't sell it there, but they got it my soph year, so i introduced some people to its affordable goodness |
moosehead and marca bavaria are pretty damn tasty
anything free is good too! |
I definitely agree that the best brewing style is from Belgium.
Faves are Duvel, Chimay, Fischer (French actually), Unibroue from Quebec. I also really like Sam Smith's, especially the Nut Brown Ale. Sam Adams is the most overrated POS on the market. Simply making a bitter beer doesn't make it authentic IMO. The hot summer day beer is Blanche de Chambly, a wheat beer by Unibroue. If you enjoy Maudite & Fin du Monde, try "11". Wow. I also tried & liked a couple from another Montreal brewery, McAuslan I think, which were very tasty. Can't find it anywhere though. |
well, since im in college my everyday beer is good ole Busch Lite, $10.79 for a 30 pack of cans. but when i'm wanting to get a better beer, ive been hooked on Pacifico, damn good beer out of the longneck on ice.
|
I know its not very exotic But I drink mainly tooheys extra dry's. If I have a little extra money I buy Hahn Premium
|
The dark beers.... "A Guinness a day keeps the doctor away".
And there's a local beer here called Turbinenbräu Start which is really nice. Actually, I think part of the point and fun of drinking beer is the variety you get. Just like with wine. |
i'm a big fan of stouts. my first choice is always guinness.
|
|
VB- Victoria Bitter
|
Favorite beer: free and cold
|
miller light....im a n00b
|
Okanogan spring extra pale ale
|
Canadian
|
BELLS BEER FROM KALAMAZOO!!! I swear this is the best microbrew you will ever have. The Bells Oberon is their summer brew, and it has about a 9 % alcohol content. Its a little darker, but if you ever get the chance to taste this beer, go for it!!
|
Golden Export at Gordon Birch. It's rad. But only from the tap, not so much from the bottles at the store.
|
Sierra Nevada is a damn fine beer. I like 'em hoppy.
