I live in Pennsylvania, and I was planning on getting married in the Philadelphia area. However, I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue in eighth grande, and have been gluten free ever since. Are there any catering companies that cater to both vegan and gluten free needs?

I'm not sure how you can make such arrangements from a place in NJ (a good drive from PA) but this restaurant Park and Orchard does provide a Celiac menu. They have good food, nice portions
