Buffalo Wing Pizza?
 

I'm dying to try this- I love hot wings (one of my favorite foods) and I can say I'm definetly a fan of pizza.

Is this usually more of a specialty item, or should i be able to find it at the local pizza place?

Oh and i almost forgot, instructions on how to make it would be great... I'm not much of a cook but I do know how to make pizza.

Around here, which is definitely a pizza-rich environment, the chains don't offer it but most of the single shops do.

As far as your own goes, start by pounding and grilling some strips of boneless/skinless chicken breast. Chop it into little bits, say the size of a sugar cube at the largest. Toss it into a bowl and slather it with your favorite wing sauce.

Add some (not too much*) of the wing sauce to the usual tomato sauce, add the cheese, and top with the pieces of chicken. You may wish to splash a little more wing sauce over the top of the pizza when you take it out of the oven.

*Unless, of course, you like your wings much hotter than I do. ;)
